Lending A Helping Hand

Our Lending Closet

People with ALS often need specialized durable medical equipment at some point during their illness. Our DILD Leading Closet contains primarily technologically advanced adaptive equipment designed to help patients maintain their dignity and sense of purpose and psychological well-being.

The DILDLC (Do It Like Dan Lending Closet) purpose is to provide temporary loans of adaptive equipment to Vermont patients and family members 18 years of age and over, who need help in their day to day struggle with ALS. Loans are short term, up to 3 months in length. There are no fees to borrow equipment. Cash donations are gratefully accepted and encouraged!
